Happy New Year! I hope you had a good time this festive season with your loved ones and are fully recovered and ready to make 2017 a good one. I’m sure you have clear goals and ideas about your health and fitness and where you want it to be, whether it’s maintaining current levels or improving them. I’d like to remind you that we’re here to help you along your way, whether it’s helping you set realistic and constructive goals, assessing your fitness levels, giving you advice on training and eating right and/or assisting with any potential hurdles along the way. So if you need any assistance planning and/or performing your training, please look no further than one of our trainers. I look forward to seeing you putting in some good work at the gym! | | | |
