 Spring Treatment: Course Closed We will be going through with our next course improvement maintenance plan on Monday 8 October – Wednesday 10 September. The golf course will be closed for the Monday – Wednesday and opening again on Thursday 11 September.
AGM – 10th October 2018 Dear Members, Notice is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting of Ebotse Links. Date – 10 October 2018 Time – 18h00 – 19h00 Venue – Katse Room at Ebotse Clubhouse The quorum for the Annual General Meeting shall be 20 fully paid up Members entitled to vote. If such a quorum is not present at the time appointed for the meeting, the meeting shall be postponed for 7 (seven) days. If at a second meeting the quorum is not present the meeting will be adjourned for 30 (thirty) minutes from appointed hour. At such adjourned meeting, the Members present shall continue a quorum. Business to be conducted at the Annual General Meeting shall include Golf Captains report on the activities and financial performance of the Club for the period under review. Also included on the agenda will be such business of which due notice has been given. At the Annual General Meeting each Member, who is in good standing and has paid his annual subscription fees due shall have 1 (one) vote. Members are permitted to submit in writing to the office of the CEO, items for inclusion on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting not later than 14 (fourteen) days prior to the date of the meeting. No business other than that for which due notice has been given shall be transacted at the Annual General Meeting.
