The 106th edition of
TWA Days
Starts next week
We are excited about showcasing Glen View Club to all of the members and guests who are scheduled to participate. This year our full field of 78 teams in 13 flights will compete over two days of four-ball match play. Click here to find the complete tournament program which was mailed out to all members and guests. This program outlines the schedule of events, flight information, starting times and pairings for all 5 matches, and information about our special contests. The practice round will shotgun start at 1:00pm on Thursday, July 18. If you have not signed up and would like to play in the practice round, please email kyle@glenviewclub.com or call the Pro Shop at 847-729-3611. The dinner for TWA Days will take place on Thursday, July 18th following the practice round. The Entertainment Committee has planned an evening you will not want to miss. Dinner will be seated at 7:30pm in the Main Dining Room & Poolside Terrace and there will be live entertainment and dancing immediately following. All TWA Days participants will need to RSVP with the number of members, guests, and spouses planning to attend. To RSVP, please reply to this email, or call the Front Desk at 847-729-6500. In addition to the Thursday night dinner, there will also be a number of TWA Days Social activities organized for spouses. Information regarding these activities is included in the complete tournament program. | The mechanics of this are obvious really. Make contact with the turf with the toe of the club and the club face will open. Make contact with the heel and the face closes. It’s how imperceptible it feels to most of us, and how large the impact is, that surprises everyone.
