Dear Member,

In accordance with the lockdown procedures instituted in the Republic, please note that the Club will be closed from Friday, 27 March 2020.

Please also take note of the following information:

1. The Club’s facilities will remain operational until Thursday, 26 March.

2. The Club will be closed to the public from Friday, 27 March – no unauthorised persons will be allowed to enter for any reason.

3. In an effort to minimize wastage, certain food and beverage items may be in limited supply as new stock will not be ordered.

4. A plan has been put in place to mitigate the impact on the golf course, bowling greens and surrounds so that all facilities will be available for use as soon as the lockdown has been lifted.

The measures imposed by Government to slow the spread of the virus are vital to ensure the safety of our communities. This will certainly have an impact on our financial position, and the economy as a whole, but the Governing Body is committed to ensuring the continued operation of the Club and, most importantly, the financial stability of our employees. As such, contingency plans have been put in place to carry us through this period until the crisis has passed.
