Enjoy a holiday of golf with us in 2020

Dear Member,

I am pleased to announce that our annual member golf trip will take us to the iconic Pinehurst Resort in North Carolina this October. The trip dates will be October 8-11, 2020. Pinehurst has hosted more Championships than any other golf course, including three U.S. Opens in the last 20 years, and is also scheduled to host the 2024 U.S. Open on the
legendary Course #2.

We will be playing Course #8 on our arrival day, followed by Course #4 and Course #8 again. Our final day at the resort will have us play Course #2. In addition to the morning golf rounds, members will be able to replay in the afternoon, or play the newly designed Cradle Short Course. Our accommodations will be at the historic Carolina Hotel, located in the heart of Pinehurst.

Listed below is our complete itinerary outlining our schedule of events, replay round options, group dinners, cost of the trip and other information. All members are welcome to attend and may invite one guest to join them on the trip. Reservations will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis and we there is limited space available based on the number of rooms we were able to secure. Based on our previous trips, I anticipate this trip filling up very quickly and will start a waiting list once the group has been filled.

2020 Pinehurst Member Golf Trip Itinerary

Thursday, October 8
· Fly into Raleigh-Durham Airport in the morning and travel to Pinehurst Resort.
· Afternoon round of golf at Pinehurst Course #8 - tee times 1:20-2:00pm.
· Dinner at your leisure.

Friday, October 9
· Morning round of golf at Pinehurst Course #4 – tee times 9:00-10:20am.
· Optional replay round at The Cradle Short Course or one of the other 18-hole courses.
· Group dinner at Carolina Hotel.

Saturday, October 10
· Morning round of golf at Pinehurst Course #8 –tee times 9:00-9:40am.
· Optional replay round at The Cradle Short Course or one of the other 18-hole courses.
· Group Dinner at Carolina Hotel.

Sunday, October 11
· Morning round of golf at Pinehurst Course #2 – tee times 8:30-9:10am.
· Check out of resort following golf and depart for Raleigh-Durham Airport.

Trip Cost:
$3,250 per person, single occupancy
$2,550 per person, double occupancy
$5,100 per couple

Includes the following:
· 3 nights lodging at the Carolina Hotel;
· 4 rounds of golf (2 on Course #8, 1 on Course #4, 1 on Course #2);
· Friday and Saturday night group dinner (all food & beverage included);
· Southern-style breakfast buffet each morning;
· Use of the practice facilities;
· Unlimited use of the fitness center, bikes, and pools;
· Complementary Wi-Fi;
· All taxes and gratuities.

Players will be responsible for the following:
· Transportation to/from Pinehurst;
· Any additional replay rounds on October 9 or 10;
· Caddie fees;
· Food, beverage, and any incidentals while at the resort (excluding group dinner).
