Islantilla Golf School
12 to 16 November 2013
I am making the first of my trips to the Islantilla Golf Resort in Spain in November! The dates are November 12th to 16th. The 27 Championship Holes are stunning to play. Included are transfers to and from Faro Airport, as well as four nights four star accommodation at Islantilla Resort in Spain on a half board basis. We will have three and a half to four rounds of golf, where I will play with every member of the party on all days. The practice facilities are outstanding and we have unlimited range balls and tuition daily from myself. The price of the trip is JUST £449.00, plus the cost of flights.

Feedback - here is what previous attendees have said:
  • "Thank you again for your organisation and thoughtful arrangements made for the trip to be as successful and enjoyable as it was!"
  • "The organisation, preparation and coaching that you provided during the four days was beyond expectations!"
  • "I would just like to thank you for organising and leading the Golf Coaching trip to Spain. First of all, not having played golf in Spain before, I found it a most enjoyable experience, and it is the skills coaching in particular I wanted to thank you for."
  • "I loved the instruction and your personal attention to my specific needs and capabilities!"
  • "Yes, I very much enjoyed our trip (better than a holiday) and you made us work and think. It’s the small things in your instruction that actually do sink in and is something that will help in future."
  • "I enjoyed the company of my fellow travellers and your excellent tuition. Also, your planning and presentation of all tuition/instruction, and as a group leader for the trip."
Book your spot on the best golf trip you will ever experience here!

A golfing myth
You may have heard commentators during some Professional Golf Tournaments comment on drives being hit with ‘top spin’ in relation to a long drive. This is a golfing myth! If a ball actually had top spin after impact, it wouldn’t carry more than a few yards! There is an optimum spin rate (backwards), which is different for faster and slower swing speeds, which keeps the ball in the air for as long as possible. This is also influenced by the initial launch angle of the ball too and can be analysed through FlightScope testing.

Ken Bailey recently came for a few lessons and a session with the FlightScope. Here is what he had to say, “I would like to say a big thank you! As you know, I was having problems with my driver when you said you would be able to help. So, I booked a lesson and came to see you. Without much hassle, you told me which driver would suit my game and, I must admit, the new driver, along with the new irons and metal woods you custom fitted for me, have transformed my game! The tips and information you gave me, made all the difference. Winning the Captain’s Day 2013 was the highlight of my golf so far this year and it’s all thanks to you! If anyone was ever to tell me they have a problem with their golf game, I will be sure to tell them ‘See Maurice, he will most definitely be able to help you!’”

Book a lesson or a session with the FlightScope today and let's see how we can improve your game!

Adding yards with every Club
This week we have the second article on ‘hand action’ through the contact zone.

There’s no question that one of the biggest areas of improvement we can make to most golfers’ golf games is helping them find the correct swing path and release the club head correctly through the contact zone.

If you’re interested in us evaluating your swing and providing you coaching then please contact us.

The assesment is FREE, but the return in distance and enjoyment is enormous.
